Questions

Input to the forms is in response to different types of questions – here are just a few of the choices.

Yes/No

Useful when the choice is simple.

Date, Time and Date + Time

Entered using a scrolling selector.

Numbers

May be decimal or integer. (Telephone numbers have their own question type and do not require you to enter the space between the dial code and the number.)

Image

May be selected from images on file or you can use the built-in camera.

The related sketch facility enables you to draw, either on a blank screen or on a downloaded image.

Location

Your device will enter the gps co-ordinates of your location on request.

A map of the area can also be displayed if required.

(The gps co-ordinates can also be used to geo stamp an entry – useful for traceability.)

Text

Enter using keyboard or drop-down list. May have multiple entries.

Email and Phone No.

Entered using the keyboard.

Signature

Forms can be signed on screen and multiple signatures can be included.

Submit

Completed forms are uploaded on touching the submit button.

The system checks that mandatory questions have been answered and counts the total answered.

If mandatory questions have not been answered, it will not allow submission.
